‘There are not enough hours in the day” Have you ever heard that? Have you ever said that? It’s true that the days are getting longer and busier for the entrepreneur of today, so maximising time is essential. We have shared with you 6 applications that have helped us save time.
Typeform - Free with Paid upgrade options
Typeform is magical. It takes otherwise dull information and turns it into something beautiful, and that is no exaggeration. The gamification features of Typeform makes filling out forms, fun and interactive. They are even easy to create and much more user-friendly than some other survey platforms (*ahem* SurveyMonkey).
With the upgraded version you can create personalised surveys based on the answers given.
Practice Ignition: Paid, but we have a discount code for you (Just email us REF this email)

Practice Ignition (PI) allows you to save your products/services with a description, so that when you create a quote, all you need to do is select the service/product. Result.
Waze was a brilliant discovery. Waze is a ‘community-based traffic and navigation’ app. Not only will Waze inform you of the quickest way to get to your destination it will also give you real-time updates such as crashes, traffic jams, speed cameras and road closures to ensure you get from ‘A’ to ‘B’ the quickest and safest way possible.
Save time by favouriting your most visited destinations such as home, work and friends houses. Plan drives with Waze and be notified when you should leave to get to your destination on time, all based on real-time traffic status. Waze comes complete with voice commands, a speedometer and alerts.
GoCardless: Small Fee (1% up to a maximum of £2 over £200 transactions)
GoCardless eliminates wasted time chasing up payments. Set up a direct debit with GoCardless and automatically take payment from your clients on a selected given date. Do not worry; your clients will be in safe hands, and you will always discuss with them how much is debiting their account and of course, you will back this up with an invoice.
Calendly: Free with Paid upgrade options
We have all been there. Back and forth with a client or colleague trying to book a meeting. They can’t do the days you can, so you are both consulting your calendar, trying to book a day. Calendly allows you to send a link to your client or colleague that will enable them to view your free time and book a meeting. They never see the contents of your calendar, though, so they won’t see that you have a date night, with your cat. To watch Game of Thrones…
Receipt Bank: Paid, but there’s a 14 days trial
Save time with Receipt Bank by simply taking photos of your receipts and submitting them for processing. Then, you can throw your receipts away. Receipt Bank keeps your wallet, car and house clear of receipts, helps you to live a paperless life and all you have to do is take a photo. Simple.
A little disclaimer. We have not been asked to write this blog or paid to endorse these applications, we actually use them in everyday life and believe that they work!
