Forward invoices from emails straight through to Receipt Bank and all the data will be stored for your accountant or bookkeeper to deal with. This also applies to capturing receipts (even hand-written ones.) Simply take a photo of the receipt on the Receipt Bank app and submit for processing at a click of a button. Receipt Bank stores the information for the required 6 years, which means you do not need to keep any receipts or invoices, they can be destroyed.
