Candidate Profiling

Much like ideal client profiling, it is essential to do an ideal employee profile.

You need to understand and know what kind of person you want, not just someone who can technically do the role.

So why is this?

Successfully recruiting is more than just finding someone to do a task.

If you know what kind of person you are looking for, then you will know what kind of benefits they are looking for.

All rounded Interviews

People waste so much time on 3rd and 4th interviews. Without even getting to know the person. 
We think you really need to balance the interview out. Remember this person is going to be part of your company. You need to know them on a level further than what GCSE’s they got.

Here are a few things that are included in our interviews:

The general interview questions that you would expect.
'Get to know you' forms. This is a fun form to get to know them and to help them relax. It’s a nervous time, and we find that this is an excellent way for them to feel at ease. We ask a range of questions including their favourite shop and how they like to spend their weekend.
We also ask them to do a task that would test their ability in whatever role they are going for.
