What's In Our Energy Kit?

Man on hilltop with sunshine.jpg

Sometimes, however hard you try, you have a lack of energy. You struggle to get your head in the game and need a little help. That's why you should always have your emergency energy kit to hand and ready.

But what should said kit include? Well, we thought you might think that so here we have shared the contents of out kit, and where you can get these items...

Essential Oils

Essential oils are so powerful as they utilise our sense of smell to operate. They can make us feel relaxed, focused, energised... the list goes on. You can mix essential oils with a base oil such as almond or jojoba and give yourself a light neck or hand massage, you could mix it with a balm to place on your temples, or you could make a DIY inhaler. An essential oils inhaler is a great tool as you are not spraying it where it can irritate others around you. Instead, you take a couple of deep breaths. All you need to do is diffuse your chosen essential oils, (we love grapefruit and peppermint) into the base and you are ready to go. You can get yours here.

MONQ ACTIVE with black pepper, sage and orange

MONQ is a  'personal and portable essential oil diffuser' and is another way you can inhale essential oils. These are pre-blended mixes. You can check them out here.

Yerba Mate Tea

It's no secret we love tea, so of course, we turn to tea when we are in desperate need of a 'pick me up'. Yerba Mate has so many health benefits, we recommend checking out this article, all about the advantages! You can get yours here.

Facial Spray

A good refreshing facial spray could be exactly what you need to feel a little fresher! We swear by the tea tree water toner from Lush. You can get yours here.

Energising Spray

We love this one from Holland and Barrett, and at £2.99 it's an absolute steal. Simply spray and instantly notice a difference from the aromatic scents of lemongrass and grapefruit! You can get yours here.

Refresh Eye Drops

Ok, eye drops are not too revolutionary, but these are perfect as they are a pack of minis, which means one of the small capsules only lasts for 1-3 uses, keeping the drops fresher for longer. You can get yours here.

Vitamin D Spray

We had only seen the vitamin D capsules and then suddenly everyone we knew started talking about the convenience of the spray version. Vitamin D is the vitamin you get from the sun. You can get yours here.

Eye Roll-on

A perfect partner for the facial spray, an eye roll on helps you physically wake up. It's cool, refreshing and normally has some form of an ingredient,  such as caffeine to improve your physical appearance. We love the BodyShop Drops of Youth and the Garnier eye roll on.

What do you use to actively get energised? Let us know, and we are always on the lookout for more items to add to our kit!
