Cone Accounting has been around since April 2015. The name Cone came about from our packages being a flavour and any extras or add-ons were like the sprinkles and toppings on an ice cream. Plus, sounds better than Pizza Accounting...
Set up in 2015 by Ben Nacca, Cone has quickly grown to a team of 4 and a six-figure business but it wouldn't be where it is today without the trust and support from the clients Cone works with and the staff that make Cone what it is today.
Cone has always been about finding that ideal business lifestyle without comprising on your personal life. No one should be running their own business and hating it. You do this because it is a passion of yours and because you believe you are there to make a difference, make money and change the world.

Remote working is introduced that allows much more flexibility and choice for it's staff. Opens the door to international clients due to popular demand.
The first Cone Christmas event for the local community is hosted in Winchester. We also had our first "proper" Christmas do to celebrate the achievements this year and the goals we've hit.
Cone hires it's 2nd and 3rd employees, Emily Ashley and Colin Corcoran. The accounts team is growing and this enables better support and capacity as a result. They embark on their accountant journey and continue their training.
Awards season and Cone is shortlisted for Xero's New Firm of the Year and Practice Excellence's New Firm of the Year but unfortunately does not take home awards.
Cone hires it's 1st employee, Chloe Slade, to help with the marketing and blog efforts.
